Our cookies are around 7.5cm, which equals 45g or so depending on which flavour you choose.
Do they come individually packaged?
Our staff carefully heat seal each and every delicious cookie.
What are they packaged in?
Our cookies are packaged in compostable bags made of corn - free from plastic! Our mailer bags are also compostable.
How long do they stay fresh for?
All our cookies have at least 2 months shelf life. We can offer longer options for wholesalers with up to 4 months shelf life on some products.
How much are Sweet Mickie cookies?
$3.10-$4.99 depending on if you buy them in bulk or a premium gift box set of 6. Contact us for a quote.
Can I get a box of mixed quotes?
We can do ‘pick n mix’ from our quotes upon request. Just email us what quotes you are after and we will walk you through the process to order it.
Can I get more than one custom quote?
We currently have a minimum of six per custom quote. But we can do custom words on request. Contact us for a quote.
Do you do wedding name cards?
Yes! We set up each first name individually on request. Contact us for a quote.
Can you do custom colours?
Yes we are happy to colour match on request but small charge may apply.
Do Sweet Mickie cookies contain nuts?
Our cookies may contain traces of NUTS and PEANUTS.
Do you do gluten free or vegan?
Not yet!
What your Sweet Mickie is made of:
Signature Golden Syrup Gingerbread: Sugar, flour, butter, golden syrup, spices, bi carb soda.
Vanilla Cookie: Sugar, Flour, Butter, Egg, Vanilla, Vitamin (thiamine).
Icing: Sugar, Glucose, water, vegetable oil, maize starch, vegetable gum (413), flavour, colour (171) preservative (202) food acid 260, antioxidant (306, 320). Coloured cookies may contain (129, 102, 122, 123, 133, 110).
Valentine's Day Milk Chocolates: Sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whey powder, emulsifier, soy lichen, natural vanilla.
Allergens
Our cookies contain GLUTEN, SOY, and may contain traces of NUTS and PEANUTS and Tree nuts. Chocolate contains MILK.
Care
We have some pretty tough cookies. They like to travel and don’t mind a little heat. However, if you live in a hot and sweaty state, or are experiencing some pretty hectic weather, it would be advisable for someone to be home to receive the delivery.
Storage
These Sweet Mickie’s enjoy being kept at room temperature. Try to avoid excessive heat and make sure to hide from hungry children, partners and colleagues!

Gift delivery
We have a delivery due date selector online for all of our orders that are shipped. For any bulk orders for events such as baby showers, corporate event etc, please choose a date at least a few working days prior to the event to ensure the cookies arrive on time.
For Birthday or Anniversary orders, we do our best to ensure the cookies arrive on the day that you request. However, there can sometimes be unforeseen postal delays to some areas that is out of Sweet Mickie’s control and cannot be held responsible for delays once your gift has shipped. If in doubt, you can always send to yourself ahead of the date to gift in person! Please contact us for more info or options for your delivery postcode if you are unsure.

We offer personalised gift notes with each order. If you are sending a gift, please include your name so the recipient knows exactly who to thank.

Colours and Appearance
We take great care to ensure your cookies look and taste great. We are a handmade product and sometimes you may see a slight variation in each cookie. We hand colour so each batch may vary slightly and each marbled cookie may look slightly different. If your cookies are damaged or you find any issues, please let us know hello@sweetmickie.com.
Cancel
Sweet Mickie reserves the right to cancel, or not accept, an order if we are unable to meet your needs or delivery date. We will advise within 24 hours and refund any charges.

All prices are GST inclusive and may change at any time.

If you have any issues with your order please contact us immediately at hello@sweetmickie.com and we will look to resolve the issue for you.
Custom Quotes and Characters
We offer uppercase letters and standard numbers, and characters including ? ! # $ @ only. We do not have every character you have on your keyboard. We reserve the right to edit your quote when necessary or remove characters. We reserve the right to cancel or not accept an order if we are unable to meet your needs or deem the quote inappropriate.
Shipping
How long will my order take?
Most orders will take 1-3 business days in capital cities, regional areas may take a little bit longer. Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods such as Valentine’s Day or Christmas, these delays are outside of Sweet Mickie’s control and Sweet Mickie cannot be held responsible.
What if I or the recipient miss delivery?
We give permission for any Gift boxes to be left if a safe place however sometimes they may go to the post office. We realise this is not ideal for a gift but it is up to the local delivery partner’s discretion if it’s not ‘safe’ to leave and Sweet Mickie cannot be held responsible if your cookies are not able to be left in a safe place.
If you are sending a Melbourne Same Day gift the driver will do their best to leave the parcel. But if the recipient is not home and its not safe to leave they may have to bring the parcel back to us and a re-delivery fee may apply.
If you are sending a bulk pack, they will be sent via a courier. If you miss your courier, the parcel will occasionally they go to a POP (Postal Collection Point). The courier service can be contacted to request redelivery or for collection.
Can you do a last minute gift or party order for same or 1-2 days?
Sometimes we can do same day or next day gift or bulk orders. Just contact us with your requirements and we will do our best to help hello@sweetmickie.com

We ship Australia wide!
Can I pick up?
Yes you sure can! We are located in Clifton Hill in Melbourne on request. Please arrange this in advance.
Can I change the address?
We can always change addresses and other information, permitting the package is not already sent or been put into production. Our production cut off is 8am each morning. To avoid any issues, please ensure you check and double check any postal information. If you are sending to a business, please ensure you include the business name, level number and/or suite number.
Incorrect Address?
If any information is missing, there is a chance that the parcel will be deemed unable to be delivered and returned. Sweet Mickie is not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect information. The customer will be responsible for re-delivery fees if this does occur.
Tracking info
Once we have despatched your order, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking email. Please note that you won’t receive a confirmation email when you’re ordering. If you’re concerned, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us! If you a question about a current delivery please contact the delivery provider or contact us we can help you.

We can deliver SAME DAY parcels to the following Melbourne postcodes. You can shop our SAME DAY range or we can create a bulk or custom order if a bigger lead time. Cost is calculated by Kilometer from our kitchen in Clifton Hil ranging form $8.95 to $36.00. Please note we will offer a flat rate same day delivery price once demand increases. We offer cheaper options from our core and custom if you select overnight SHIPPING rates are $8 to $20 (cheaper than point to point drop off).
