Quality and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us, so if you are in any way unsatisfied with your cookies, please contact us at team@sweetmickie.com within 24 hours of receipt and we will do our best to assist you. 

Please note, if the cookies are unsatisfactory, you may be asked to return them for quality testing or review as well as any non-perishable goods included in the gift box within 3 days from delivery date, prior to any replacement or refund being issued.
